The Investors Business Daily newspaper publication is a good place to start. Buy the paper at least twice a week and check out their online resources that include: analysis, stock lists, education, worskshops and seminars. They offer a free trial offer as well to check it out.

I have been investing for quite some time now, and I have found that we tend to be emotional about investing and it is typically difficult to beat the Fund managers. Just imagine that is their full time job after studying full time Money management. These are brains going to the top schools.

Over the long-term, these pan out much better.

But it’s a good idea to study and certainly a good idea to put some money of your own to get your feet wet.
