A friend of mine started with Etrade. I signed up but they somehow mixed my information with my fathers and wanted me to fax them all of this information that I don’t have the time to do at the moment.
He also stated that etrade has a fee per trade which I don’t like..

but what are a list of stock trading sites? Good ones..

Else, how else do people invest in stocks other than the internet? Would it just be through the actual stock market?

I think i could be good at it, im awesome with a computer and careful in what i do, but i dont know that much about that business stuff, im 17 will be 18 in oct. Is etrade, scottrade, or ameritrade good places to start learning about this stuff? using a safe few hundred bucks? also, which is best and easiest to use?

Does anyone know of any online stock trading companies (Zecco, Etrade, Scottrade, etc.,) which have no charges but a trade cost? I assume that sed trading cost will be higher, but so long as it is the only cost I’m interested.
Also, I was wondering about websites with low minimum investments.

My grandpa wants to get into online stock trading,what are soe things he needs to know???

he barely knows anything about computers but is very expirienced in the stock market.What are some good online brokers to use??so far I like the etrade and scottrade.I always see them advertise on T.V. and they look legit.

Heard Ameritrade and Scottrade are good. Also etrade and Fidelity.
Scottrade has trades, Ameritrade has .99 trades and 30 free trades right now. E-Trade is also .99 trades, and Fidelity is a little more.

Which one is the best trading site? Heard good things from Ameritrade and Fidelity and Scottrade.
